By accessing or using the Janus platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Janus provides enterprise AI evaluation and deployment services, including but not limited to AI agent development, evaluation harness infrastructure, and continuous improvement systems. Access to our Services is by invitation only and subject to approval.

3. Eligibility and Access

Our Services are available only to businesses that have been approved for whitelist access. You must provide accurate and complete information when applying for access. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at any time for any reason.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including our evaluation harness, training methodologies, and proprietary algorithms, remain the exclusive property of Janus AI, Inc. Custom agents built for your enterprise are owned by your company as specified in your service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to business processes, training data, and evaluation results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janus AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
